I hold a Bachelor of Science focusing on nutrition and have worked on recipe development and as a child nutritionist. When working in this different spaces/sectors I quickly noticed a link between poor sleep and poor food intakes in children. This, along with having my own experience of chronic sleep deprivation, ignited my interest in child sleep.

At Danielle Thomson Family Wellness I integrate sleep and nutrition expertise to provide a holistic approach to your baby’s well-being. I understand that a well-rounded approach to health is essential for your little one’s growth and development.
