I am unable to guarantee success because every baby is different. But I think this is the best part!
I take great pride in the care and thought that I put into tailoring your plan to suit your child and your family, however, I will never know how a child will respond.
One thing that I can guarantee is that I will certainly give them the best chance at success!

It is likely that even if we go with a super gentle, gradual method, babies may cry. Change is hard and babies and toddlers are likely to express their frustrations through tears as this is their form of communication.
We can minimise tears by offering LOTS of reassurance and support along the way, and by giving them the best and quickest chance at success through making sure their sleep environment and nutrition conducive to sleep.

CIO isn't a method I use with our clients as it doesn't align with my philosophy and I don't feel comfortable recommending it to others.
Children need a lot of support with sleep, especially when there is change involved. I wouldn't suggest you do anything that I wouldn't do with my own children.

This is a GREAT question! However, the answer is not so straight forward. There are many factors that will determine how long it will take - the child's temperament, what method we use, how consistent parents are etc. Holidays or sickness will often result in slower progress), but generally speaking, from 1-3 weeks to see significant improvements.
-
If we don't see ANY improvements after 3 days of consistent change, we would consider trying something else.

I work with little ones from 3 weeks of age - 4 years.

No.
When I work with newborn babies, I am trying to give the parents confidence and tools to navigate this tricky time. I would educate parents on safe sleep environments, feeding to support sleep, how to settle bubs with LOTS of support, and how to set up healthy sleep habits and sleep hygiene going into the 3rd and 4th month (when we may be able to start working towards independent sleep if that's the parents goal).

I most certainly do.
