The Deluxe Package is for bigger sleep issues and if your baby is four months+ and cannot yet fall asleep independently. This is my most popular package.
The Deluxe Package includes:
- A 45-60 minute in-depth consultation.
- A full sleep assessment.
- A tailored sleep + nutrition plan*.
- Additional resources as needed.
- 6x 10-15 minute support calls (inc. log review) to be used over a two week period.
- Sign off email (inc. tips + tricks moving forward + discount code for future bookings).
*Sleep plans include basic nutrition advice. If you’re wanting to target something specific or in more detail (e.g. particularly fussy toddlers or starting solids), add on a 30 minute consult.
